The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide medical care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings. They will also assist individuals with daily living skills, including emotional and social support.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Applicants must also be able to pass an employment screening process.
Starting pay is $34/hour, weekend shift differentials available.

We are hiring full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve our met. Additionally, you have the opportunity to assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.
No experience is required to qualify for these positions within the agency. You need a current LPN license, a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to pass our employment screening process.
