The Social Worker performs psychosocial assessments for patients and their families to develop outcomes for alleviating symptoms. They provide supportive counseling, casework interventions, and consultation to the interdisciplinary group.
The candidate must be an expert in social work capable of providing psychoeducation and supportive counseling. Professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to hospice care are essential.
