The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to develop and implement individualized care plans. They will also educate caregivers on adaptive techniques and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess current NBCOT registration and Colorado licensure. At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $32.00 and $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
