The role involves filling unit dose orders and preparing intravenous medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Additionally, the technician pre-packs pharmaceuticals and assists with other duties as designated.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and hold a Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern license. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is required, while a college degree is preferred.

Under the direct supervision and direction of a registered pharmacist, fills orders for unit doses, prepares intravenous medications, pre-packs pharmaceuticals and assists in other duties as designated by the pharmacist.
