Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours Admit patients from the emergency department Cross-cover and manage existing hospitalized patients Respond to overnight clinical changes and rapid responses Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams Ensure thorough documentation and effective handoffs

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for or active Maine medical license Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Pay Transparency CMH actively promotes diversity in its workforce at all levels of the organization.
