The technologist is responsible for obtaining high-quality radiographic images while adhering to MQSA and ACR standards. They will perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast procedures, and bone densitometry studies while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences. A current ARRT/Mammography and Bone Densitometry registration and BCLS certification are required.
Education: A high school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences. Must have advanced registry in mammography and Bone Densitometry within 1 year from date of hire.
