Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity, while maintaining accurate documentation and following safety regulations.
Candidates must have an active CNA certification in Hawaii and at least one year of experience in a facility-based setting. Current BLS/CPR certification is also required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
