As an RN, the primary responsibility is providing nursing care to assigned patients, ranging from infants to geriatric patients, while directing the care provided by LPNs and Techs. This involves utilizing the six steps of the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on individual patient needs.
Candidates must possess an Alabama RN License and demonstrate the ability to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, requiring sound judgment and excellent customer service skills. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire, while ICU experience, ACLS, and PALS certifications are preferred.
