As an RN in the ICU, you will be responsible for the nursing care of assigned patients and directing others in patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care across various age groups.
An Alabama RN License is required, along with BLS certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
