The physical therapist or assistant is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering individualized physical therapy programs to restore function and alleviate pain. They must also complete patient documentation and supervise supportive personnel to ensure effective care delivery.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in an APTA-approved physical therapy program and possess a current state license. The role requires the physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer patients throughout the workday.
