The pharmacist is responsible for validating and processing prescription orders while conducting drug utilization reviews and clinical interventions. They also manage formularies and provide essential drug therapy education to both physicians and patients.
Candidates must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Michigan and possess strong communication skills for provider interaction. Experience in a retail or community practice setting is preferred, and familiarity with electronic medical records is required.
The Family Health Center is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to fill in as needed (PRN) to start immediately.

Provides pharmaceutical services to the patients of Family Health Center and the community utilizing the highest level of professional ethics and standards. Full-Time, Part-Time, and as needed positions available.
