The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct medical services, administer medications, and monitor the health conditions of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will also serve as an advocate and liaison for patients while training staff on health protocols and medication administration.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or a related field, or a state certificate, along with current LPN or LVN licensure. At least one year of experience in a nursing capacity with the served population is required, as well as a valid driver's license and relevant certifications like CPR/FA.
