Salary
$18 - $20 / HOUR
The facilitator will coordinate health screenings, manage program documentation, and connect participants with health resources and community services. They will serve as a primary point of contact for program partners and ensure accurate data reporting for state and federal requirements.
Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, and experience or interest in health promotion is preferred.
