Job description

The Graduate Nurse (RN) Inpatient works under the supervision of leadership. The\nGN Inpatient assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual\npatient care according to standards. Accepts responsibility for direction of\nco-workers in the implementation of plans of care. May be required to work in\nother areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patient. Provides\nexceptional service to all patients and customers.The Graduate Nurse position is\ntime limited. A person may remain in the Graduate Nurse position until one of\nthe following occurs: 1) They become a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in their\ndesignated working state OR 2) They receive a failing score on the nurse\nlicensure exam and are moved to another position in which they qualify.
