Perform non-invasive ultrasound diagnostic procedures on the heart, including echo, TEE, and stress echoes. Report patient status to physicians and ensure high-quality imaging and analysis.
Requires precise motor skills for transducer manipulation and the ability to interpret cardiac anatomy and ultrasound physics. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing CPR.
The Echo Technician works under the supervision of leadership. Performs non-invasive ultrasound diagnostic procedures on the heart (echo, TEE and stress echo).
