The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and documenting patient information under the direction of an RN. They must also respond to medical emergencies and ensure compliance with facility safety and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must have completed a vocational LPN program and hold a current Tennessee-approved LPN license. A minimum of 6 months of experience and current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Duties: and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and documenting care in the patient's medical record for a designated group of patients under the direction of the RN. Under the general supervision of the CNO, responsible for providing nursing care on assigned shift utilizing the nursing process and age-specific needs.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wellness LPN or LVN Nurse
