The Senior Specialist, Lab Steward is responsible for the daily operational and regulatory compliance of the ligand-binding assay laboratory. Key duties include maintaining laboratory equipment, managing reagent inventory, preparing buffers, and ensuring accurate documentation in logbooks.
Candidates should possess a university or college degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a CRO or clinical research environment. Experience working in a regulated laboratory setting is preferred.

The Senior Specialist, Lab Steward is part of the Laboratory & Compliance Management (LCM) support unit within the Department of Translational Medicine (TLM) and is responsible for all daily activities that support the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of the main ligand-binding assay laboratory of TLM. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and understand scientific literature provided by our clients and vendors are critical to being successful in this role.
