The Peer Recovery Support Specialist provides recovery-oriented support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This role involves collaborating with the crisis team to assist with stabilization, coping strategies, and connection to community resources.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and lived experience in mental health or substance use recovery. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain Peer Certification within six months are also required.
