The Radiological Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They are responsible for documenting clinical history, positioning patients, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold a certification and registration with the ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology and possess a BLS certification. An associate degree from an ARRT-accredited institute is preferred, along with one year of experience in radiation safety.
