The Resource CNA provides direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of an RN. They also support unit operations by maintaining records, transporting patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a Wyoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and obtain AHA RQI certification within 14 days. A Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification is required within six months of the start date.

The Resource CNA provides basic patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care within the scope of his/her training and experience. Assigned to multiple units according to distribution of staff and patients.
