Candidates must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassion while adhering to ethical standards and program guidelines. The role requires the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test, along with the flexibility to work varied hours.

As a Respite Provider, you will provide supportive, short-term care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering temporary relief to families and caregivers. You will help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while promoting well-being, dignity, and independence. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and adherence to program guidelines and ethical standards.
Hours are variable and based on a mutually agreed-upon client caseload. Scheduling may fluctuate depending on client needs and service demands. While efforts are made to provide consistency, flexibility is essential in this role to ensure high-quality, responsive support for clients.
