The LPN is responsible for providing basic medical services, administering medications, and conducting patient evaluations in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. They must also maintain thorough medical documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with graduation from an accredited nursing school and current CPR/BLS certification. Experience with addiction treatment and knowledge of infection control and quality assurance standards are required.
office hours area M-F 5: 30am-2p and Saturdays 6am-9a
