The LPN is responsible for providing basic medical services, administering medication, and maintaining thorough patient records in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. They also assist in training staff on health and safety matters and provide education to clients regarding their treatment and medical needs.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment and be comfortable working independently with the patient population. Compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols is required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing basic medical services to patients in an outpatient addiction recovery environment, maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and providing for the safe delivery of medication in accordance with facility policy and procedures; and for maintaining thorough documentation of patient records and medical files per State and Federal regulations. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
