• Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary Are you looking for a Physical Therapy role where you can take the time to truly connect with your patients? We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Cape Coral. This is a chance to focus on quality care without the rush — providing each patient with a personalized treatment plan and the space to recover at their own pace.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed evaluations to determine patient needs Design individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals and challenges Deliver therapy through exercise instruction, hands-on techniques, and education Modify treatment plans based on patient progress Teach patients about injury prevention and home exercises Keep precise and thorough records of patient progress Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply Paid time off (PTO) $1,200 annual continuing education allowance IRA with 3% company match Full health benefits If you’re looking for a rewarding role that lets you make a tangible difference without the pressure of high patient volumes, this could be the perfect fit.
