The Social Worker provides emotional, social, and grief support to patients and their families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. They also assist in coordinating patient programs and identifying social-psychological issues related to medical conditions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work and be a Licensed Medical Social Worker. At least one year of experience in a medical setting, specifically with hospice or palliative care, is required.
