The graduate nurse will provide patient care under the direction of an RN preceptor, including performing assessments and developing patient education plans. They are responsible for accurate documentation and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess or be eligible for a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Successful completion of NCLEX requirements or relevant state-specific licensing steps is mandatory.
