Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units while planning and overseeing their daily care needs. Maintain accountability for resident outcomes and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Candidates must hold an active Indiana LPN license and demonstrate a commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values. A willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the home address is required.
