The Pharmacy Technician I performs various duties to provide dispensing support to pharmacists. They interact with a wide range of healthcare professionals and staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Candidates must have a high school education or equivalent. Proficiency in mathematics is required, and a mathematics test will be administered as part of the selection process.

1. High school education or equivalent.
1. No previous experience required, but prior experience preferred.
1. Proficiency in mathematics. A mathematics test will be administered in the Pharmacy. 2. Interaction required with other pharmacist assistants, pharmacists, providers, nurses, other health system employees, and medical sales representatives.
Receives direct supervision from the Manager Pharmacy Services, supervisors, and staff pharmacists. Receives guidance from the lead pharmacist assistant.
