The Physical Therapist will perform initial evaluations, develop comprehensive plans of care, and provide evidence-based treatments to improve patient functionality. They are also responsible for documenting progress, communicating with healthcare stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with insurance and clinical standards.
Candidates must hold a valid license to practice physical therapy and possess a graduate degree or higher in the field. The role requires clinical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We are looking for a Therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence- based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.
· Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards · Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings. · Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success. · Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to): o Develop short and long-term goals for patients o Implement plan of care o Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality. o Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient. o Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy. o Plan and execute discharge of patient · Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc. · Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc. Medical Specialty: · Orthopedics · Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
