Provide comprehensive community support services to adults with behavioral health disorders and children with serious emotional or behavioral disorders. Assist clients and their families in improving their quality of life and maintaining independent functioning within the community.
Requires a high school diploma with three years of experience, an associate degree with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain personal automobile insurance, and obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Under supervision, this position provides Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) for adults with significant behavioral health disorders and their families AND for children or adolescents experiencing Serious Emotional/Neurobiological/Behavioral Disorders and their families, to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function independently within the community.
