Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to help residents improve function and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient responses to interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requires an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
