The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and administer treatments to restore function and relieve pain. They must also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas license in Physical Therapy and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with knowledge of the Net Health documentation system.
