The Advanced Practice Provider will perform first-assisting duties in cardiothoracic surgeries and manage inpatient care in the ICU and telemetry units. Additionally, they will conduct outpatient clinic visits, perform patient evaluations, and ensure continuity of care through clear documentation and patient education.
Candidates must be a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a graduate degree from an accredited program. Preferred qualifications include two years of cardiothoracic surgery experience and competency in endoscopic vein harvesting.
