The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating treatment plans for residents to improve functional abilities. They also supervise therapy assistants, manage discharge planning, and coordinate staff in-services.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and certification from national board associations are required.
