Brookdale Santa Monica Gardens is a beautiful 92 unit community located just steps away from the beach! We are looking for an LVN Health and Wellness Coordinator with previous assisted living experience preferred.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm, Saturday 10am -6pm

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
