The respiratory therapist provides Respiratory Care services under the supervision of the Critical Care Director and Medical Director. Responsibilities include administering therapy treatments, managing mechanical ventilators, and performing arterial punctures for blood gas analysis.
Candidates must have current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure and be graduates of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy. A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
