General Medicine
Physicians will provide full-scope general medicine care to adult patients across the U.S. using both asynchronous text and synchronous video modalities, involving ordering labs, coordinating specialist e-consults, and guiding patients through next steps.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO, be board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and possess an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state. A commitment of at least 12 hours per week and eligibility to treat Medicare and Medicaid patients are also required.
MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted medical licenses covering at least 40% of the U.S. population. Multi-state licensure is required — priority states include California, Texas, Florida, and New York (credentialing support provided for additional states). Comfort practicing broad general medicine with diagnostic ambiguity and clinical synthesis. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Willingness to engage with modern clinical tools and workflows (prior telehealth experience helpful, not required). Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week. Availability to cover at least one weekend shift per month. Eligibility to treat Medicare and Medicaid patients. A clean record of practice, with no sanctions, suspensions, or history of malpractice.
