The therapist provides in-office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents, and adults while maintaining a therapeutic relationship. They collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care and perform intake screenings.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. A valid Ohio social work or counselor license such as LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or IMFT is required.
The Youth Mental Health Therapist (Spilt Caseload) participates in the clinical team by providing in office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents and adults. This position requires flexibility to see both adults and youth in their caseloads. The successful candidate maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients on his/her team in meeting the biopsychosocial needs of the client and collaborate with the treatment team to provide holistic whole person care to the client. This position will work both in office and remotely.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. It requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
