Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, maintaining dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requires an accredited high school diploma or GED and comfort working with blood and medical equipment. Candidates must be physically capable of working long shifts on their feet and possess a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Set up and maintain dialysis equipment Record vital signs and patient data Educate patients on treatment and kidney health Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
