The clinician provides diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and evidence-based psychotherapy within an integrated primary care model. They collaborate with medical staff to provide real-time interventions and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field and possess an active Vermont license as an LCMHC or LDAC. At least two years of post-degree clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on community health or integrated care settings.
