• Range: $41.18 - $51.22 HourlyTo provide quality Physical Therapy (PT) services to Elbow Lake Medical Center patients and contracting partners according to the State of Minnesota practice act. We are a hospital-based PT program servicing both inpatient and outpatients with a wide range of diagnoses. Populations served include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.

QualificationsRequirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

• Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and maintain a valid Minnesota license. Masters or Doctorate degree preferred. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required. Basic computer skills.
