The Occupational Therapist will help patients regain independence and quality of life by assessing diverse patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting evaluations. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, thorough documentation, and providing positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current MN Basic Life Support - CPR certification within six months of hire. Preferred qualifications include an entry-level Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and pediatric experience.
