The therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults while conducting level of care assessments. They are also responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with program standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field with a completed clinical internship. Prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting providing therapy to adolescents or adults is preferred.
Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of clients (adolescents and adults). Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program schedule. Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled.
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with completion of a clinical internship.
