Counselors will support clients throughout their recovery journey by providing therapeutic services, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with the clinical team. Key duties include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating various therapy types, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess an LADC II or higher clinical licensure, or hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Services or a related field in lieu of licensure, or be license-eligible. Preferred experience includes working in residential settings with clients dealing with Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders.
