Education & experience requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field OR
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field OR
• Current CADC or CAADC certification

Note

• This role provides an opportunity to gain supervised clinical experience and grow within the organization.

• Preferred skills & qualifications
• Experience in mental health, substance use disorder, or co‑occurring disorder treatment
• Knowledge of ethical, professional clinical practices
• Knowledge of HIPAA, state licensing regulations, and CARF standards
• Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented clinical environment
• Possession of strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
