The Nurse Practitioner will conduct physical examinations, manage patient care, and coordinate with the medical team to support addiction recovery. Responsibilities also include managing medication orders, preparing discharge documentation, and assisting with prior authorization requests.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner certification. A minimum of two years of experience in Addiction Medicine or Family Practice is preferred.

Under a passionate leadership team and dedicated support staff, we assist our clients in reclaiming their freedom.
This role is scheduled for 24 - 30 hours of on-site care per week.
