The NRTP was established to assist newly graduated nurses to transition from a student nurse to a professional nurse. As one of our residents, you will experience education, support, and follow-up during the first year of employment. The program consists of both didactic instruction and simulation. Our Residency Program is designed to improve confidence, competence, critical thinking, prioritization, time management, communication, and leadership skills.
