Licensed Therapist FT (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC)

• We are Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW) of the South Shore, located in Braintree, which offers comprehensive PHP and IOP mental health treatment primarily through therapeutic groups, for adolescents aged 13 to 17 years old.
• There is an emphasis on helping our clients make lasting changes in their lives through the mutual aid of therapeutic groups and developing and implementing DBT and CBT skills.
• Family involvement and care coordination are also at the forefront of our treatment model.
• We work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.
• Evidence-based modalities are combined with holistic methods to provide the best care.

We are seeking a Master-level/Licensed, OR Licensed eligible Clinician, FT Therapist to join our team! Supervision to be provided for new clinicians or clinicians seeking licensure.

Schedule

• 8:45A-5:00P and 11:00A - 7:00P shift a week - schedule can be discussed
• In the summer and school vacations, all programming occurs during daytime hours
• NO weekends or on call

We are seeking

• Candidates with clinical skill, ability to assess risk, energy and passion for working with youth
• Strong communication, organizational skills, flexibility, and creativity
• Experience with providing mental health services to adolescents ages 13 – 17
• Experience working in higher levels of care preferred

Job Status: Full-time

Pay

$75k - $85k per year / Compensation commensurate with experience and licensure

Medical Specialty: Mental Health Counseling

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field (required)
