Current Openings: Assisted Living: Part Time/Per Diem - All Shifts 7a-3p 3p-11p 11p - 7a Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing): Full Time/Part Time and Per Diem 3p-11p - Full Time ($1000 Sign On Bonus) $2.00/Hour Shift Differential 11p-7a - Part Time ($500 Sign On Bonus) $3.00/Hour Shift Differential Per Diem (All Shifts) **Weekend Shift Differential $2.00 Additonal/Hour*
