Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW or higher) to join our multidisciplinary team at our new Adolescent Day Clinic. Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced settings, with a passion for leading therapeutic groups and working with adolescents in moderate-acuity care.

Responsibilities:
Case
Management &
Intake: Conduct intake screenings, develop and adjust treatment plans, support discharge planning, and facilitate collateral communication.
Therapeutic
Group
Leadership: Lead group therapy sessions (up to 12 adolescents) using iLearn’s specialized curriculum, which includes DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, and mindfulness modules.
Treatment
Collaboration: Work closely with other clinicians, including nurses, to perform biopsychosocial assessments and implement tailored treatment plans.
Patient
Support &
Safety: Participate in daily safety and coping strategies, checking in with adolescents requiring additional support, and engaging families in our welcoming lobby/milieu.
Documentation
Complete clinical notes and documentation promptly and accurately to ensure quality patient care.
